For the refund process, the user must provide accurate payment details and, if necessary, documents requested by the support team in cases where the client does not have access to the email address specified in the application (see the Rules for Changing Payout Details).

Processing Time
Regulations
- If the payment was sent without MEMO, refund processing may take up to 3 business days after confirmation of the refund address.
- Transfers in unsupported networks or currencies may take up to 7 business days.

Cryptocurrency and Fiat
Special Conditions
Incoming requests are fixed in USDT equivalent.
Cryptocurrencies: refund amount with a possible fee deduction up to 1% + withdrawal fee.
Fiat: refund through reverse conversion from USDT with a 5% fee (including exchange expenses).

Geopolitical Restrictions
AML / Sanctions
If a request is rejected due to sanctions restrictions, where the recipient or bank is located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, the service reserves the right to retain up to 3% of the amount to compensate expenses.

Unaccounted Funds Refund Conditions
Conclusion
