A service fee is also applied according to the current tariff. Data confirmation:You must provide accurate details (account number, payment info, or other documents) upon request.Without sufficient information, a refund cannot be processed. Processing time:Standard refund processing time is up to 24 hours after confirmation by support. Return account:Refunds are issued only to the original sender’s account or one verified via email, per our security policy. 💱 Special Conditions: Crypto & FiatIncoming orders are fixed in USDT equivalent at the time funds are received.If the exchange cannot proceed, refunds are processed as follows: Cryptocurrency: refunded in crypto purchased for the same USDT amount, minus 0.5% + exchange withdrawal fee. Fiat currencies: refunded via reverse conversion from USDT to fiat. A 2% fee applies (including exchange fees). 🌍 Geopolitical RestrictionsIf an order is rejected because the user or recipient is located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, the platform may deduct up to 3% of the amount as compensation for processing-related costs. The same fee may apply if the bank or recipient rejects the transaction. ⚠️ Additional Provisions• The platform may deny a refund if the request is made after an extended period or if required data is missing.• In case of a mistaken transfer to someone else’s account, the user must contact the recipient directly to initiate recovery.• "Frozen" assets may be stored for up to 6 months free of charge.
