How to change payout details

We take transaction security seriously, so changing payment details is only possible upon a confirmed request from the order owner.

Change details via e-mail
Main and recommended method
Send an email to [email protected].
Use the same email address you provided when creating the order.
Include the order number in the subject line.
In the email body specify:

• new payment details (wallet address or account)
• account holder’s first and last name
After receiving the email, specialists will manually update the details and process the payout.

If you cannot send an email
If your email only receives messages
Contact online support chat on the website.
We will send a special code to your email.
Provide this code in the chat — this confirms you are the order owner.
After confirmation, details can be updated via chat.

If email was entered incorrectly or is temporary
Verification only via video
Record a short video (10+ seconds) where:

• You log into the wallet or platform used to send funds
• Show transaction history: sender address, hash, amount, currency, date and time
• Refresh the page in the video — to confirm authenticity
• Make sure the video is clear and not cropped
Upload the video to Google Drive or another cloud service, enable link access and send the link to the operator in chat.
After verification, we will update contact data and allow you to provide new details.

• Always use a valid and accessible email when creating an order — this ensures fast and secure communication.
