Monitoring Tools Used

To analyze transactions in real time and identify suspicious patterns, the service uses advanced blockchain analytics software: Chainalysis, Crystal, Elliptic and other licensed KYT (Know Your Transaction) systems.

Risk Assessment Model (Risk-Score)

The system evaluates each transaction based on multiple factors, including the wallet’s history and its connections.
Low risk (up to 50%): The request is processed automatically.
Increased risk (50–75%): The transaction may be suspended for additional analysis by a compliance specialist. High risk (75%+): Suspension of the exchange operation.

Verification Procedure (KYC / SoF)

If requested by the security system, the user must provide:
Identity document: A color photo of a passport or ID card.
Selfie: A photo of the holder with the document and a sheet indicating the current date and the service name.
Proof of Address: Proof of residence address (utility bills, statements).
Source of Funds: Documentary confirmation of the legal origin of funds (exchange statements, income documents).

Timeframes and Refund Conditions
Provision
Document review: Takes from 24 hours to 3 business days depending on the complexity of the case.
Refunds are made to the sender’s address.
For bona fide clients, only the network fee (gas fee) is charged in the absence of additional service costs. The standard commission is up to 5%, but not more than 100 USDT.

The service does not collect or store users' personal data on an ongoing basis.
