Unfortunately, there are situations where you may notice that your transfer has been canceled. Below are a few common reasons this may occur. 1. Missing information:In some cases, we may need additional details to complete the transfer.If this happens, you’ll receive an email notification containing all the required information to proceed. 2. Incorrect recipient details:If the recipient’s details were entered incorrectly, the bank will most likely decline the payment.The funds will then be returned to our account, and you will have the option to: correct the recipient details, or cancel the transfer entirely. If the corrected details also fail to pass, the same process will be repeated. To avoid such situations, always double-check the entered details before confirming a transfer. Be attentive — and your funds will safely reach the intended recipient!
