Exchange regulations

The exchange rate is fixed only after Tether BEP20 is actually received at our address, so the final amount may sometimes differ from the preliminary estimate. If the USDT BEP20 transaction does not pass the internal AML check, the user is required to:
  • send the minimum amount of BNB to cover the gas fee to the wallet from which the payment for the request was made;
  • send the transaction hash (TXID) of the BNB transfer to the service’s email address;
  • send the USDT BEP20 address for the refund to the service’s email address.
Our operating mode is semi-automatic. Payouts are processed only when the operator is in the “ONLINE” status (we recommend checking the current status beforehand).
  • Requests are accepted 24/7.
  • The standard processing time is 15 to 180 minutes, depending on system load.
  • In some cases, a single payout may be completed through several separate transactions.
  • Processing times may be longer on weekends and public holidays.
A dedicated route is available for transfers to the U.S. banking system — Bank of America USD.
Banks in Poland and Moldova may decline payments, so please prepare alternative details.
Transfers to Belarus (RB) and Russia (RF) banks are currently unavailable.
