Our operating mode is semi-automatic. 
  • Payouts are processed only when the operator is in the “ONLINE” status (we recommend checking the current status beforehand).
  • After creating the request, please contact the support chat on the website and provide your order number.
  • A support specialist will send you the payment details to which you should make the transfer.
  • Funds are sent from the exchange wallet after the client provides confirmation and the payment is credited to the service account.
  • Delivery to the client takes 10 to 20 minutes.

A separate exchange option is available on our website for Credo Bank and Liberty Bank. The rate for these banks will be recalculated automatically according to the corresponding exchange route.
