The exchange rate is fixed only after Qtum is actually received at our address, so the final amount may sometimes differ from the preliminary estimate.

To credit Qtum to our wallet, 60 network confirmations are required.
All deposits undergo mandatory AML verification.

Our operating mode is semi-automatic. Payouts are processed only when the operator is in the “ONLINE” status (we recommend checking the current status beforehand).

The standard processing time is 15 to 180 minutes, depending on system load.
